I am a communication coach focused on helping learners and professionals develop clarity, confidence, and effectiveness in speech and expression. I have been an English language enthusiast since my school days and hold a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature.
During the final year of my graduation, I participated in an international seminar titled Unnarvu (Awakening) conducted by the English Language Teachers’ Interaction Forum (ELTIF) for underprivileged students, in association with the Kannur District Adivasi Kshema Samiti. The programme included communicative English training for tribal learners along with workshops on academic and research writing.
That experience became a turning point for me. It was there that I realized training is different from teaching, and I consider that experience the beginning of my journey into communication training.
Further, I completed my Master’s degree in English Language and Literature and immediately pursued a professional course in Communicative English Training (NSQF Level 6) offered by ASAP Kerala, an initiative of the Government of Kerala.
The programme focused on communicative English training along with foundational soft skills such as body language, decision making, problem solving, and critical thinking. Through this learning experience and the guidance of mentors, I gained deeper exposure to communication training and its role in building confidence and meaningful interaction.
As an English literature scholar, my passion for learning the English language grew alongside my interest in shaping myself as a trainer. Over time, these two paths came together, leading me to focus on communication training that blends English language development with essential soft skills.
My journey with language and communication eventually led to the idea behind El Cogito. The name reflects a simple belief: language shapes our thoughts, and our thoughts shape how we communicate.
Through El Cogito, I aim to help individuals develop clarity in thought and confidence in expression, enabling them to communicate more intentionally in both personal and professional spaces.
